Warm-up 🔁

Before the new story, let's bring back your words from the lessons before. The ones ready to review are waiting here — a little today, a little in a few days.

Mia's first day 📖

Read it slowly. Say the words out loud.

Mia gets up in the morning light, stretching by the window.

Rosa asks Mia to help at the café. Now Mia has a new day! ☕

"I get up at seven o'clock," says Mia. She opens the window. 🌅

She has breakfast. She has coffee and bread. Yum!

At eight o'clock, she goes to work at the café.

Mia happily working behind Rosa's café counter, smiling as she makes coffee.

She works with Rosa. She has lunch with Tom. They eat and they talk.

In the evening, she goes home. She is tired. 😴

"But I am happy," says Mia. "I love my new day!" 🌆

Notice: Mia says what she does every day — I get up, I have breakfast, I go home. And she says the time: at seven o'clock. Learn these next.

The pattern: every day + time 🧩

To say what you do every day, use I + verb. Then add the time with at.

I get up at seven o'clock.
I have breakfast.  ·  I go to work.
In the evening, I go home.
Remember: for the time, we say at + time — at seven o'clock, at eight o'clock. 🕗

Act it out 🎭

Now YOU are in the story!

🎬 The scene: Lunch at the café with Tom. You work with Rosa now — you have a new day, and Tom wants to hear all about it.

Round 1 — you are Mia

Your teacher is Tom. Speak your lines — don't write them.

Tom: "When do you get up?"

You: (say the time 🕖)

Tom: "And then?"

You: (🍳 then 💼 at 🕗 — say your morning)

Tom: "And in the evening?"

You: (🏠 — say what you do, and how you feel 😴)

Tom: "A good new day!"

You: (say yes — say you are happy)

Round 2 — swap!

Now YOU are Tom, and your teacher is Mia. But this time you talk about Sunday — no work, different times!
