You want a new job. You saw the job online, and you liked it. You sent your CV, and now they want to meet you. Today is the day.
You are a little nervous — that is normal. But the interview is only a talk. The other person wants to meet you and hear about your work. You do not need long words. You need to say your name, say what you do, talk about one thing you are good at, and ask one question.
The other person is the interviewer — the boss, or someone from the company. They are friendly. They read a lot of CVs, but today they want to meet you.
Warm up — talk for one minute
What job do you have now, or what job do you want? Why do you like it?
How do you feel before an interview or a test — calm, or nervous? What helps you feel better?

The Echo 🕰️
In 1942, a scientist called Oppenheimer had a very strange job to fill. He needed the best scientists in the world for a secret job. But he could not tell them what the job was!
So the interview was hard: "Come and live in a secret town in the desert, and work on a secret thing. I can't tell you more — but say yes." And many people said yes.
Why? Because they trusted the person in front of them. In your interview, it is the same small thing: the other person wants to feel "I can trust you, and I want you on my team."
